Due to the signing of FTA between China and South Korea, the exchanges between China and South Korea are unprecedented frequent, and more and more enterprises enter the Korean market. How to protect the intellectual property rights of Chinese enterprises in South Korea has become a matter of increasing concern to us.

We hereby invite Mr. Yong-soo Oh, patent agent of Korean TNI office, to hold a seminar on "how to apply for a patent in Korea? And new developments in Korean patent and trademark law?" Is the theme of the lecture. This paper mainly discusses the issues that should be paid attention to when applying for patent in South Korea and the latest legal developments concerning patent and trademark in South Korea.

Mr. Yong-soo Oh is good at intellectual property consulting, patent writing and case management in Korea. He has rich experience in wireless communication, network systems, semiconductors, mechanical methods, computer software and hardware, medical equipment, medical methods, electronic systems and other technical fields. He also represented mitsubishi, Boeing, Toshiba and Tokyo electronics.
