Due to the signing of the China-South Korea FTA, the communication between China and South Korea has become unprecedentedly frequent, and more and more enterprises are entering the South Korean market. How to protect the intellectual property rights of Chinese enterprises in South Korea has become something that we are paying more and more attention to.
Hereby, we invite Mr. Yong-Soo Oh, a patent agent of TNI Affairs Office in Korea, to hold a lecture on "How to apply for a patent in Korea? and New Developments in Korean Patent and Trademark Law?" at Huaxu Zhengxin in Beijing on March 26, 2015. The main topics will be the things to be noted when applying for a patent in Korea and the latest legal developments in Korean patent and trademark.
Mr. Yong-Soo Oh specializes in intellectual property consultation cases, patent drafting, case management, etc. in Korea; he has extensive experience in the technical fields of infinite communication, network systems, semiconductors, mechanical methods, computer software and hardware, medical devices, medical methods, electronic systems, etc. He has also worked at well-known Korean firms Shin & Kim and Kims and Lees. He has also represented cases for Mitsubishi, Boeing, Toshiba, and Tokyo Electronics.
