As the economic ties between China and the United States become increasingly close, more and more Chinese companies are beginning to apply for intellectual property protection in the United States and get involved in intellectual property disputes. Approximately 3,000 companies face intellectual property litigation in the United States each year, especially patent litigation. How to deal with intellectual property litigation in the United States?
