Mr. Wu obtained his bachelor and master degree in Wuhan University and Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences respectively.
Before engaging in intellectual property pursuit, Mr. Wu had worked as a chemical engineer for several years. Mr. Wu has engaged in IP work over ten years, and was admitted as a patent attorney in 2008 and as an attorney-at-law in 2010. Mr. Wu has provided valuable IP-related services in patent application/inquiry/search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analysis, patent administrative proceedings, patent tort proceedings, licensing and assignment of patents and know-how, and other related matters related to intellectual property rights, and his patent expertise involved in the areas of organic, inorganic, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, fine chemicals, polymers and cosmetics, and semicoductor etc.. Mr. Wu has served many multinationals such as TOTAL, BAS, OSRAM, LG, Hynix and published several papers in the periodical “China Patent Agency.
