She has long been dedicated to researching science and technology innovation policies and providing implementation support services. Specializing in resource integration and strategic pathway planning, she leads her team in delivering comprehensive application solutions for enterprises. She has extensively conducted enterprise empowerment initiatives across multiple districts and counties in Cangzhou, assisting hundreds of enterprises in completing qualification applications and aligning them with relevant policies.

She establishes and maintains communication mechanisms with relevant government authorities, such as science and technology and industry and information technology departments, to stay abreast of policy developments and provide forward-looking advisory support. She leads the drafting and review of various application forms and reports to ensure that the content is professional, logically sound, and supported by solid data, and provides technical personnel with practical application guidance through regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance the professional capabilities of enterprises' internal project teams.

She leads a professional technical service team and has established a full-cycle service system encompassing diagnostic assessment, document preparation, application tracking, and post-implementation support, developing standardized and modular operational workflows to enhance project execution efficiency and quality.

Maintained an approval rate of above 80% for High-tech Enterprise applications and above 92% for SRDI enterprise applications handled by her team, significantly surpassing the industry average.
Spearheaded the evaluation and inclusion process for science-and-technology-based SMEs, achieving comprehensive coverage across key districts and counties in Cangzhou City, including Renqiu, Botou, Qingxian, Hejian, and Suning.
