Her work covers High-tech Enterprise certification, SRDI (Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative) SME applications, provincial and national science-and-technology-based SME evaluation, Innovative SME registration, municipal and district R&D institution filing, and R&D expense additional deduction document preparation. She also assists in collecting and organizing materials related to patents and trademarks. Her duties include data collection, document writing, form completion, online system submission, and progress follow-up.

Professional Experience

She has several years of experience in project application work and is familiar with local application procedures and the basic requirements for High-tech Enterprises, SRDI SMEs, science-and-technology-based SMEs, and R&D institutions. She is able to organize basic corporate materials, R&D project lists, IP certificates, financial data, and other supporting documents in accordance with policy requirements, and to complete application writing and online system filing.

She is capable of independently handling the full project cycle, from preliminary material preparation and document drafting to final system submission and supplementary responses. She is good at communicating with the R&D, finance, HR, and other departments to gather the required information and ensure timely submission. She has experience in identifying and resolving common issues such as missing documents and data inconsistencies.

She has participated in various project applications for multiple companies and is able to help select suitable projects and make simple application plans based on each enterprise's actual situation.
