She also assists in collecting and filing intellectual property documents, including patents and trademarks. Her daily tasks include drafting application materials, compiling and organizing documents, completing online system entries, and tracking the entire process.

Professional Experience

She has several years of experience in project application work and is familiar with the application requirements and operating procedures for common projects such as High-tech Enterprises, SRDI SMEs, science-and-technology-based SMEs, and R&D institutions. She can sort out basic corporate information, R&D project lists, IP certificates, financial data, and other contents in accordance with policy requirements, compile complete application dossiers, and independently complete system filing.

She is able to take full responsibility for each project from initiation to submission, including preliminary data collection, application writing, supporting-document organization, system entry, and follow-up on supplementary materials. She has good cross-departmental communication skills and can coordinate with the R&D, finance, HR, and other departments to obtain the required information and ensure that the application proceeds on schedule. During materials organization, she can identify and handle common issues such as missing documents and data inconsistencies in a timely manner.

She has participated in application projects for multiple companies and can select suitable application directions based on each enterprise's own conditions, as well as develop concise and feasible operation plans.
